These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jillid ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the jillid website and associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing any part of the jillid platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access the platform in any capacity.

jillid reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Access to and use of the jillid platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money gaming activities in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. jillid strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the account verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jillid platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to register or use the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by jillid or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jillid platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

To access real-money gaming services on jillid, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.

Account Verification (KYC): jillid is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jillid will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

Account Suspension: jillid reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects that the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in violation of these Terms. In such cases, jillid will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder and, where appropriate, return any verified balance after completing an investigation.

Deposits: jillid accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jillid reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before the applicable cut-off time on a business day will generally be processed within the timeframes published in the platform's banking section.

Currency: All transactions on the jillid platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillid does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Anti-Money Laundering: jillid is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jillid is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to cooperate fully with any related investigation.

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.
• jillid reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• jillid is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jillid offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Abuse of Bonuses: jillid reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

All games available on the jillid platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Random Number Generators: All non-live casino games on jillid use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG certification. Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jillid reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. jillid's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillid platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system used by jillid.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jillid staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the jillid platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jillid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillid platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from jillid.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any jillid trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of jillid's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillid, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jillid platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, jillid shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where jillid has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jillid's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillid's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jillid collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the jillid platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jillid uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and verification, processing of financial transactions, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), provision of customer support, and delivery of promotional communications where you have provided consent.

jillid does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jillid's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight of the platform's operations.

Regulatory Authority: jillid operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's decisions on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction are binding on jillid.
